We appreciate that it may be convenient for your Virtalent VA to be able to process occasional out of pocket expenses for you. Your Virtalent VA will submit details of any expenses to the Task Portal, and they will be added to your Virtalent invoice, on your next billing date.
We believe it is important and helpful for Virtalent VAs to be happy making reasonable but limited amount of calls from their mobile, as part of their day-to-day work in supporting you, providing that their phone contract has sufficient inclusive minutes. If your VA needs to use your Credit or Debit card to make payments on your behalf, there are a number of ways to safely share these details, including LastPass and Passpack. It's also possible to use a prepaid debit card for frequent expenses, such as Pockit and Google Pay.
