Can my VA incur expenses?

We appreciate that it may be convenient for your Virtalent VA to be able to process occasional out of pocket expenses for you. Your Virtalent VA will submit details of any expenses to the Task Portal, and they will be added to your Virtalent invoice, on your next billing date.

Can my VA make outbound calls?

We believe it is important and helpful for Virtalent VAs to be happy making reasonable but limited amount of calls from their mobile, as part of their day-to-day work in supporting you, providing that their phone contract has sufficient inclusive minutes. Please do read on for more details, recommendations and limitations.

Can my VA take calls on my behalf?

We recommend using a call answering service that you both have access to, or a joint voicemail service.

Do you have insurance in place?

Yes, we hold comprehensive Professional Indemnity, and Cyber and Data Security insurance with Hiscox.

How should I share passwords and sensitive information with my VA?

We recommend using a tool such as LastPass or PassPack to safely share your data with your VA.

How does holiday cover work?

Your VA will tell your Client Success Manager ahead of time, then we'll put this in place. Handovers are not billed to your account!

How should I share files with my VA?

We recommend adding your VA to your own systems, or making use of the portal.
