If your VA needs to use your Credit or Debit card to make payments on your behalf, there are a number of ways to safely share these details, including LastPass and Passpack. It's also possible to use a prepaid debit card for frequent expenses, such as Pockit and Google Pay.

Setting aside time to ensure your VA has everything they need from you (and you have everything you need from them!), to discuss the progress of any ongoing tasks/projects and plan the weeks ahead will only take a 10 minute 'hello' on the phone, but can make a huge difference!
